· In high season bookings for the villas are from Saturday to Saturday only. Outside high season short breaks and long weekends are available, please ask for details.

· We need time to prepare your villa so please plan to arrive at Villas de Leypinas after 4:00 pm and vacate by 10:30 am on the day of your departure.

· Payments can be made using major credit cards.

· A 25% deposit for each week you wish to reserve secures your booking.  This deposit is non-returnable, so please ensure you take out comprehensive travel insurance.

· The final balance is payable 2 months before your holiday is due to commence.  If the balance is not paid by this time then your booking will be cancelled and the villa re-advertised.

· If a booking is made within 2 months of your proposed holiday then the total cost is payable at the time of booking.

· Numbers in excess of those agreed at the time of booking, sub-letting, or reassignment of the villa accommodation is not permitted.

· There are no pets allowed at Villas de Leypinas.

· Unfortunately our villas are unsuitable for the disabled.

· We, the owners, shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss, damage or injury incurred at Villas de Leypinas, or through use of equipment or facilities. Also the owners shall not be liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services, nor in respect of any temporary defect in equipment or appliances in the villa, grounds or swimming pool; nor for any loss, damage or injury beyond the control of the owners.

· We do not ask for a deposit to cover damage during your stay with us. We trust our guests to treat the property with respect so we don't worry about minor breakages such as a wine glass or piece of crockery; small accidents like this do happen. We will, however, charge for more substantial damage to equipment and fittings or a number of breakages. There will also be an extra charge if the villa is left unclean (washing up not done, oven dirty etc).
